The 2019 Parker IM Special Edition is a tribute to unbounded dreams and ambition. The carefully crafted collection is a constant reminder that nothing is out of reach when we dare to shoot for the moon, inspired by a generation who define new frontiers.

”Shoot for the Moon”

This collection of pens was created to attract the interest of millennial professionals, and inspire those entering a new career to be bold and be brave in the face of the unknown. The graphic patterns were inspired by 4 themes of space flight, Fuel, Thrust, Path, and Impact. These themes were then translated to a graphic strategy for each pen highlighting the traits of explorers who charted their own path. Based on the CMF and graphic application, new production methods had to be developed in order to capture the bold design intent. The “Shoot for the Moon” collection became a rare departure for Parker and was successful in appealing to a new generation of fine writing enthusiasts.
